Old, beautiful and preferred. Coming to the city of joy for years now, but dreamt of living here since childhood. Before actually doing my PG, residing and working from Kolkata I used to visit with my parents , siblings either for their work or for visiting relatives, was just a tag along. Fantasized and franatized by the city scapes and the evolved modern ambience which the city created around itself over the years but withholds tales of past atrocities and stories. The roads, the houses and the architecture and the culture attracts certain aura around certain places where you will feel like a true Bengali alongside it'll also bring before you certain left over heritage buildings and decors which leds us to the horrific tales yet decorative of the impact which which Bengal has faced due to the British rule.
